Nandanik provides architectural design, construction, and development services. The scope of work for each project is defined in a separate signed contract.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, blueprints, and architectural concepts created by Nandanik remain the intellectual property of Nandanik unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. User Responsibilities
Users of our website and services agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reproduce or distribute our copyrighted material without permission
- Provide false or misleading information in forms
4. Limitation of Liability
Nandanik Design & Development Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
